 The Pokemon League page on the Organized Play website has been updated with information on the next League season. There will be eight seasons focusing on Energy types, starting with Grass, then continuing with Fire, Water, Lightning, Psychic, Fighting, Darkness, and finally Metal. There is no Colorless season. Each season cycle lasts about six weeks, and players can earn badges featuring each Energy type. We’ve also learned there will NOT be holo Energy cards or Trainer Challenges this year (I think there being no Energy is a bit ironic, considering what this season is themed after). The scorecard for this season can be seen to the right, featuring Cynthia from the Elite Four (click it for a larger picture). | ||
