‘Rising Rivals’ Prerelease Promo and Sleeve

Tropius will be the Rising Rivals prerelease promo and Garchomp will be featured on the prerelease sleeves. Prerelease events will take place on May 9th, 10th, 16th, and 17th, whereas the set will officially hit store shelves on May 20th. Rising Rivals will consist of cards from Bonds to the End of Time. Oddly though, no Garchomp is in the original Japanese set.
