Head Noiser, M Manectric-EX, Chandelure from ‘Phantom Gate’

Another Pokemon Center poster advertising Phantom Gate has partially revealed M Manectric-EX, Chandelure, and “Head Noiser,” the previously seen Team Flare card (what a weird name!). Head Noiser is the first Pokemon card in the TCG’s history that can physically be attached to your opponent’s cards. It is labeled with a “Pokemon Tool F” rule, which is short for “Pokemon Tool Team Flare.” A huge thanks goes to Franco T. for the translations and Takamori2013 for the photos! To discuss these cards, check out this thread on our forums!

Chandelure from Phantom Gate

Chandelure – Psychic – HP130

Ability: Fainting Spell
Once during your opponent’s turn, if this Pokemon would be Knocked Out by damage from an attack, you may flip a coin. If heads, the opponent’s Active Pokemon is Knocked Out.

[P][C][C] Cursed Drops: Put 6 damage counters to your opponent’s Pokemon in any way you like.

Weakness: Darkness (x2)

Head Noiser from Phantom Gate

Head Noiser (Team Flare’s Hyper Gear) – Trainer
Item

Pokemon Tool F: Attach a Pokemon Tool F to 1 of your opponent’s Pokemon-EX that doesn’t already have a Pokemon Tool attached to it. If that Pokemon is Knocked Out, discard this card.

The Pokemon this card is attached to has the cost of its attacks increased by [C].

If this card becomes detached, this card is discarded to the original player’s discard pile.

You may play as many Item cards as you like during your turn (before your attack).
