I think the OP only knows what he is trying to do with wobuffet, and in my opinion if you want to shut down abilities like shaymins , silent lab is already doing the job and then you can discard it with groudon so no need for wobbus in my opinion.

Thats a cool combo your doing with this deck :) I would personally take floatstones out and replace them with rocky helmets so you can hit harder without relying too much on forretress and scoop ups. Then I would replace one sycamore and one birch observation with 2 pokemon club of fans since...

You are relying on somebody to play a specific stadium against wobbufet to hit with groudon...A better strategy in my opinion is take out wobuffet and just put stadiums in your deck that you can discard yourself, so you don't really on someone else actions
