Lucario ex was one of the first SV cards that was revealed, though? Either way, that's a pretty silly way of measuring popularity, none of the eeveelutions have had an ex or IR this generation but that does not mean they aren't insanely popular.

Gothitelle FFI would let you play this stadium multiple times, would it not? It is a clunky stage 2 in expanded though, and lost vacuum still screws you over, so it's probably not worth the trouble. Something to consider at least

Japanese packs are 5 cards each with no guaranteed rare, and generally worse pull rates for secret rares and stuff. Still better value than international packs imo but it's not as big a difference as you might think now that international boosters don't arbitrarily give cards rarity bumps

This might just be me, but I feel like the Global Link stock artworks would be a better fit for the Ultra Pro products than the Sugimori artwork. Honestly these really aren't bad though

In 2022 I would have agreed. But I feel like one of the strengths of the SV era is the high amount of genuinely decent "bulk", mostly due to international packs staying more faithful to the original japanese rarities for each card. Adding in battle academy cards would undo that.

Judging by the set size of 167, it looks like June's Battle Academy cards will not be included in this set. Good.

Meltan's attack looks like "Amass" to me, Guardians Rising Drampa has this attack with a similar effect minus the metal energy part.

Again, like Morpeko from the other day, this is a well-designed uncommon. It does decent enough damage to build a deck around it, or you could squeeze it into any deck already full of stage 1s to hit for psychic weakness. Technically fits in a ton of decks but works best in a deck built for it...
