You can find their teams on www.pokemon.com/nationals. I have to say that Bennett's team was the most interesting using several Pokemon that aren't commonly seen. I also find it odd that his Mega Salamence doesn't use Earthquake, but instead opts for Rock Slide. I'm sure its only a matter of time before the EV spreads are published for the world to see.
