Where do you folks get designs for your custom playmats, and where do you have them made?

The title is the question. I've been trying to figure out how to get a Raichu playmat. Do playmat-making websites allow one to pull a random image off of google and have it printed? How have you gone about this?

Weeeell, Inked Gaming (inkedgaming.com) is the main source of custom playmats that I'm aware of. I've ordered a couple mats from them myself, but I'm still waiting on shipping so I can't speak for quality juuust yet, but I hear good things. You can choose from the designs they offer on their site (no Raichu designs, sadly), or go custom with an image of your choice for a bit more money. I don't see any problem with using whatever image you feel like as long as you can get permission from the artist or if it's official artwork or something.
