I will continue to update this as we see more cards to try to narrow down exactly what can fit in the set based on Pokemon ordering and room. Tell me what you guys think could be included or if you see any problems with some of the numbering choices I made.

MAJOR EDIT: So with Red Flash/Blue Impact right around the corner, I decided to take what we know and apply it to the master set list for BREAKthrough (160+ cards wow!). There are only 2 currently revealed English cards to go off of, which are bolded.

So with this set list, and the cards that we have yet to see from Blue Impact/Red Flash, all cards are accounted for if we include the non-full art cards from the Legendary Collection (the full arts and EX's are in blisters coming out later this year).

There is one little problem, Level Ball is included in the Raichu BREAK half-deck, and if included in this set along with the other 9 cards, Level Ball would be in 2 consecutive sets. I'm not sure if there is precedent for this happening or if we should expect Level Ball to not be included, in which case there is 1 card in the massive 162 card set list not accounted for.

What do you guys think? Do you agree with the inclusion of Legendary Collection?

EDIT2: We now know almost every card in the set!

Gonna make a few bets here:
#8 is going to have the 2 types of Vivillon like in XY base
#21 Will be the non-holo Vanilluxe
Darkrai Holo because Cresselia Holo
Possibly no special water because Rainbow energy already takes up a spot in Blue Impact.
Bronzong will get a break card.
SRs are Battle Compressor and Float Stone

Cressalia isn't a holo , it's just uncommon.
If there are going to be one more break card for each set than I'm going with empoleon break or magnezone break for red flash but I can't make any speculation as to the 2nd break card for blue impact as there is too much space left.
Just basing off ofthe fact that it seems that the pokemon with a break card also gets a holo so far

Cresselia is actually not even uncommon but just regular common. I fully expect it to be bumped up to non-holo rare Status in the English release, though, because legendary.

I just noticed that!! That's so weird haha
Now with the reveal of raikou , maybe that last space in blue impact in between Vanilluxe and gastly is suicune!!
Better be a suicune holo in this set , he's gotten shafted so much!!

It's not gonna be Suicune. They list Pokemon in the dex order, so Suicune unfortunately isn't going to be in Blue Impact. I think the spot could go to a single Electric type like Pachirisu, Emolga or Dedenne

Suppose so. The Japanese and English determination of rarity is vastly different.

Because PCL felt like it? It matches there being a Zorua in both sets, too.
But why not Quilladin as well? Strange decision-making.
Is it that they're printing two copies of the basic Pokémon which has a BREAK evolution in its evolution chain? (Zoroark, Chesnaught)
So... does that mean we get an Octillery BREAK as well?
(Speculation)

While I agree that it is a bit strange that they're printing two copies of some cards, it does not mean that there will be a Break card for that line. If you look at the setlists there's no room for an Octillery Break, since Glalie-EX comes right after Octillery. I think it is just to show the differences in the two sets (how one is more technology-based and one more nature-based).

Good point. Haven't thought of that approach yet.

Vanilluxe BREAK is an option although that would double up type-wise with Glalie-EX so maybe not. Since they other Breakthrough Break will be from the Blue set, if they don't double up on types with the EXs or with the Raichu and Noivern that leaves little space.

Vanilluxe BREAK is a possibility, but a single electric type Pokemon is far more likely there.

I agree with what you said, a single electric type would make the most since in this spot. I would put bets on a Pachirisu, and judging by the amount of Pokemon in these sets with abilities, I would hope that it would be much like the Pachirisu from Call of Legends.

Big reveal today for the set list. Here is a bulk list of changes that were made:

Full arts were confirmed, and with Bridgette and Giovanni's Plans both being 64/59 of their respective sets, I upped the lists to 65/59 to accommodate the secret rares as well. There are 4 FA spots in between the special energy and Bridgette/Giovanni so I included FA's of Glalie, Houndoom, and the Mewtwos and their megas.

Also, we now know all of the tools, supporters and special energy, EX's and BREAK Pokemon that will come in the main set. Item cards are still up for grabs, but there are no more items to be revealed in Blue Impact. When the set launches next week, don't expect any super awesome surprises outside of what golden items they have in store for us.

I could see the Snubbull line and Meloetta Pirouette Forme being in Blue Impact, based simply on the fact that they are found in Floette's artwork. They usually include the Pokemon that can be seen in other Pokemon's artworks.

Very good point, I can't remember a case where artwork that contained other Pokemon weren't also included in the set. They are all usually done by the same artist as well. There is room for a fairy Snubbull line right after Zoroark BREAK and Pirouette Forme Meloetta has plenty of room in between Mewtwo and Zoroark lines.
