Assuming you're referring to the PC installer...it doesn't delete any custom decks. After uninstalling the 3.1 version, your deck files remain. Please contact redsharksupport@gmail.com if you'd like more help with this. Enjoy the program.

When I first open up redshark after installing it on my window laptop, I receive an error:
Cannot find 'file:C:Program Files/redshark/help/help_main.html'. Make sure the path or the internet access is correct.

My deck files have been deleted when I opened up deckbuilder.

That is awesome. I got one of those guides back when Base and Jungle were out and it had strategies on deck making but I got it for the card images though. Mine came with a play mat. It was from Prima games. I wanted the other one with the Promo holo Venusaur but I never was able to get it though.Smile

Sad how they don't really go indepth apparently. I remember when I got the gym challenge guide it was actually helpful and I was hoping this one would be somewhat helpful, but guess not, not like I need it anyway. I see the paragraph for Frost Rotom
10 damage to all of your opponett's pokemon can be gamebreaking allowing you to get multiple prizes. Hail is a great attack, 40+? depending on retreat costs, seeing as everything(what they would write not me) has a high retreat cost this attack is wonderful. The pokepower helps against fire.
I bet that's close to what they wrote, sounds like this guide is only good for the cool promo.
