Now that I have time to breathe, this is the thread to discuss the new HGSS news.

Greatly disappointed in the lack of option to disable to following. Hopefully, someone will create a code to do that with Action Replay. That being said, I like that they went the extra bit and allowed all shiny Pokémon to be visibly shiny.

It's also nice to be able to trade from DPP immediately, though another disappointment lies there as well. Pokémon traded to DPP from HGSS will be listed as from a "Faraway Place" and not "Johto".

But... Isn't Johto listed in the DPPt data as a location Pokémon are available from, or was that a fake image? (I'm speaking about the Chikorita image that was seen around the web.) Maybe I missed one of the updates. xP

Anyways, I'll stay glued to this and other sites that are updating with the latest news. :3

No, that's true. Johto is listed as a location in DPP. But apparently, if you trade it from HG/SS, it won't show up as "Johto".

This game is everything is everything people thought it should be. The music being played by a real orchestra sounds so amazing. Everything is just so great graphically, musically, and even the storyline.

So they follow behind you 24/7 with no option of change? that kinda sucks, feels like it wouldn't have been much more effort to create a non-follow function.

I'm still not buying these. They don't sound good at all, and I really just want the figures that come with the preorder, the NP-Pichu, and the Extrasensory Togepi.

This game is sweet. Too bad I can't read Japanese. If I could I would totally have ordered it by now.
