Hey guys!
I'm a long time magic player from Western Australia, that's right, the most isolated city in the world  .
Anyway just got into pokemon and am confused as to what HP-on is?

Hey, welcome to PokéBeach!
HP-on means, basically, Holon Phantoms and on. This means that all sets after and including Holon Phantoms are legal for tournament play. Try checking this this thread for other information on terms like this. Also make sure to check out the links in my signature for any other questions you may have about the forum.

There is a rotation system in place, yes. The current format is actually DP-on (Diamond & Pearl on).
