Pokémon (10):
1 Radiant Charizard (beatdown)
4 Iron Valiant ex (enable)
1 Iron Moth (beatdown)
3 Entei V (beatdown)
1 Moltres (boost)

Trainer (40):
2 Boss’ Orders (control)
4 Prof. Research (draw)
2 Mela (accelerate)
2 Iono (draw)
2 Future Booster Capsule (enable)
3 Earthen Vessel (search)
4 Escape Rope (control)
3 Techno Radar (search)
4 Switch Cart (retreat)
3 Ultra Ball (search)
3 Nest Ball (search)
4 Switch (retreat)
4 Magma Basin (accelerate)

Energy (10):

STRATEGY:

Start with either Pokémon and use the search items to have two to three copies of Iron Valiant ex in addition Entei V on the bench on the first turn. Use Tachyon Bits with the switch cards and attack with Entei V. Once the opponent has taken three prize cards use Radiant Charizard as the main attacker. Iron Moth is a decent one-prize attacker and can be used as a free retreater with Future Booster Capsule attached.

You can play this card only if any of your Pokémon were knocked out during your opponent’s last turn. Attach 1 Basic [R] energy from your discard pile to 1 of your Pokémon. If you do, draw cards until you have 6 cards in your hand.

The Future Pokémon this card is attached to has no retreat cost, and the attacks it uses do 20 more damage to your opponent’s active Pokémon.

Techno Radar
Trainer – Item
You must discard a card from your hand in order to use this card. Search your deck for up to 2 Future Pokémon cards, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.

Earthen Vessel
Trainer – Item
You must discard a card from your hand in order to use this card. Search your deck for up to 2 Basic Energy cards, reveal them, and put them in your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.

CARD SHARK:

Pokémon:

4 Iron Valiant ex: Use the switch cards to activate Tachyon Bits to boost the main attacker.

3 Entei V: This is the main attacker in this deck but one does not want to use more than two.

1 Iron Moth: Nice additional attacker and can use Future Booster Capsule to retreat for free.

1 Radiant Charizard: Second main attacker that can be used once three prize cards have been taken.

1 Squawkabilly ex: Used to draw on the first turn to enable Iron Valiant ex to distribute Tachyon Bits counters.

Supporter:

4-2-2 Prof. Research, Iono, and Mela: The first two cards are two of the best draw supporter. Mela, on the other hand also accelerates from the discard to fuel the next attacker.

2 Boss Order: Gust is needed in almost all decks to ensure board control.

Items and Stadium:

3-3-3 Nest Ball, Ultra Ball, and Techno Radar : All three item cards can be used to search out Pokémon. Techno Radar is restricted to Future Pokémon but can search out two of them and can obtain six of the ten Pokémon in this deck.

4-4-4 Switch Cart, Switch, and Escape Rope: The deck needs tons of switch effects to active Tachyon Bits to enable the main attackers to knock out the defender in one hit.

2 Future Booster Capsule: Free retreat and damage increase for Future Pokémon. Mainly used with Iron Moth.

3 Earthen Vessel: Search for the Basic Fire Energy and have two of them in the discard for Magma Basin.

4 Magma Basin: Main acceleration method in this deck.

Energy:

6-4 Basic Fire Energy and Jet Energy: Basic Fire Energy to fuel the main attacker with Magma Basin and Jet Energy to switch into the Fire Pokémon as the final switch card of the turn.

Hi folks,

Modified the original list since a variant with Xatu turned out to be too slow and inconsistent. When looking for an alternate means to use Iron Valiant ex the decent amount of acceleration for Fire in addition to Iron Moth as a Basic Fire Pokémon came to mind. The new variant now uses Fire Pokémon as the main attacker and Iron Valiant as a supporter, who either increase the damage output or hunts down additional support Basic Pokémon.
