ADMISSION: FREE (At least 16 years of age as of this year. [Masters Division])

REQUIREMENTS: A Nintendo 2DS/3DS console and a copy of the Pokemon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire video game.

RULES: Swiss rounds, standard format (legal/modified-VGC), double battle, six (6) different Pokemon placed in the Battle Box, two (2) Pokemon cannot hold the same named item, no Soul Dew and no banned Pokemon. These are level 50 Flat Battles with Normal Rules. Conducted via the Pokemon Search System Internet connection. One game per each 15 minute round. During top cut, best two (2) out of three (3) per each 45 minute round. For more details, read the "Play! DETAILS: For this event to be officially sanctioned so that participants may receive a play point; there must be at least eight registered participants. New participants will be issued a player identification number. No championship points.

DISCLAIMER: If applicable and prior to participation to ensure fairness and to reduce the chance of malfunctions during the event, remember to update the console(s) and the games(s) with the most recently available patch(es). Also remember to fully charge and/or have fresh batteries in the console and/or controller as electrical outlet and additional battery availability may be limited.

NOTE: This tournament occurs primarily via a chat room on a single day. Once paired, you must contact your opponent(s) via the Chat Room to exchange information so that you may compete. Report your results to the administrator, else let a tournament staff member know that your opponent did not respond to your challenge by the end of the round. Afterwards, wait until you have been paired with your next round opponent(s). Remember to save your battle videos as you may be asked for their codes as a means of performing team checks.
