CoroCoro has started to leak! From the scans so far, a new character named "Higana" will be paramount to the plot line and uses a Mega Salamence and Whismur. It is likely she has something to do with the mystery of Mega Evolution and Rayquaza going off her teaser poster. The magazine also showcases all the Legendary Pokemon in the games, including Deoxys, who will be available through a special mission called "Episode Delta."

You will receive a jumbo version of Primal Clash's Primal Kyogre-EX (#55/160) or Primal Groudon-EX (#86/160) in the "Hoenn Collection Box," a product we first announced in September. Holo promos of Treecko (XY36), Torchic (XY37), and Mudkip (XY38) are also included, as is a metal pin featuring the three. It also comes with two Phantom Forces booster packs and one Furious Fists pack. The entire products costs $15.99.

This is the first time we're seeing Primal Groudon-EX in full and Primal Kyogre-EX at all. Both Pokemon feature a new type of "ability" we do not know the name of yet. Primal Kyogre-EX's "ability" is "α Growth" which reads, "When you attach an Energy card from your hand to this Pokemon (except with an attack, Ability, or Trainer card), you may attach 2 Energy cards." Groudon's, as posted before, is "Ω Barrier." It reads, "Whenever your opponent plays a Trainer card (excluding Pokemon Tools and Stadium cards), prevent all effect of that card done to this Pokemon." Both Pokemon feature the Mega Evolution rule, though it's branded as the "Primal Reversion rule."

The "Pokemon TCG Treasure Tin" we first announced in August will be hitting store shelves this weekend! It comes with a holo Treecko (#6/160), Torchic (#25/160), and Mudkip (#33/160) from February's upcoming Primal Clash set, confirming that we're going to have one huge set! Fun products within the tin include stickers, pencils, a notepad, a Pikachu coin, and a mini-binder (featuring the tin's front and back artwork on each side). In terms of booster packs, it comes with two Phantom Forces packs, a Furious Fists packs, a Flashfire pack, and an XY pack. The entire tin costs $24.99.

If you preorder Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire from Walfart, you'll receive either a Primal Kyogre or Primal Groudon figurine. The figurines may be the same ones Europe is receiving (second image below), though we can't confirm just yet. Meanwhile, Toys R Us is giving out one of two Mega Charizard plushes if you preorder both games while Gamestop is giving out a lousy poster. Which store will you choose - smelly, expensive, or cheap? :p

Another Sceptile from Gaia Volcano and Tidal Storm has been revealed through a commercial showing on monitors at Japanese Battle Festa tournaments. The card seems to be a cross between a full art card and a regular Pokemon card. Sceptile's artwork extends more than half-way down the card, but not the whole way like a regular full art Pokemon. Full art Pokemon also touch the physical borders of the cards, which Sceptile does not. So this is obviously a new type of Stage 2 design that may be reserved for special Pokemon (next paragraph).

Sceptile has question marks covering up the area where Primal Groudon-EX has its Ω Barrier "ability," so Sceptile and other cards in the set may have the same type of mechanic going on. Sceptile's artwork depicts a barrier, so perhaps Pokemon with the mechanic will have a card design like Sceptile's. The names of the attacks on Sceptile are "Leaf Blade" and "Power Poison," but their effects are too blurry to read.

A few other common cards were quickly revealed in the commercial, but none of the attendees managed to snap them with their cameras. Thanks goes to "Guren" for personally sending us this photo and Mia V. for the translations!

If you missed getting one when they were originally available, Canada's YTV channel has now posted a code generator for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire demo codes! You simply need to fill out the security CAPTCHA below to receive one. The code may be region-locked to English games, but it doesn't hurt to try. The set logo for Primal Clash has been revealed, as has the product image for its Primal Groudon Elite Trainer Box. As I posted several weeks ago, there will be a Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon version of Primal Clash's Elite Trainer Box. Each box will come with 8 of the set's booster packs, 65 card sleeves featuring one of the two mascots, 45 Energy cards, a player's guide to Primal Clash, a 6 damage-counter dice, a coin-flip die, two acrylic condition markers, and four dividers. The set and its associated products will hit store shelves February 4th.

The 5-minute short Diancie, Princess of the Diamond Domain has now been dubbed and can be viewed on the official Pokemon website. The same short premiered in Japan the week before the Diancie film premiered in theaters and is a prequel to Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction. As posted the other day, the Diancie film airs on Cartoon Network this Saturday at 2:30 PM following a 2.5 hour Team Aqua and Team Magma episode marathon.

The Mega Diancie-EX Box we posted about last month is actually a "Mega Diancie-EX Premium Collection" just like the Mega Metagross-EX Premium Collection that is set to be released this month. It will come with a holo M Diancie-EX promo, a jumbo version of the same card, a holo Diancie-EX promo, a "brilliant and shining" Mega Diancie collector's pin, six booster packs, and a Mega Diancie coin. It will hit store shelves in January.

A new Primal Clash blister has also been announced and will be releasing alongside Primal Clash in February. It will come with three booster packs and 1 of 2 collector's pins featuring Primal Kyogre or Primal Groudon.

Finally, the product image for the Gallade-EX Box has been revealed. As stated before, it will be released in January. No surprises here:
