Version 1.8 - Mysterious Treasures (September, 2007)
IMPORTANT NOTES - PLEASE READ!
- The default install folder is now c:\Program Files\redshark, so you will need to copy your custom deck files (*.dek),
that you created with earlier Redshark versions, to this folder (or whatever folder you installed Redshark 1.8 to) to use them.
- The Preferences have been changed and are now saved in the redshark_config.ini file. Due to this,
you will need to redo your Preferences. Sorry for the inconvenience.
- Because it contains additional card data and updated network messaging, it is not compatible with earlier Redshark versions.

- New Mysterious Treasures features
- Trainer menuitem for Dusk Ball
- Unown E can be attached (when dragged from playmat, not hand).
- Berry powers - they are shown in action-box the same place as Poke-Body / Item.
- Network Play
- Add 'PASS' message builder button.
- Add "SEND-ATK" message builder button to send your attack message and alert your opponent with an 'attack' graphic (and optional sound).
- Add "???" message builder button to send 'I have a question.' alert message to opponent.
- Add new Preference to control the display of the new Alert Messages described above.
- Add new Preference : Nickname, which replaces user A/B names. Opponent no longer sees your deck's name, only your Nickname.
- For restart(no basics), automatically show hand to opponent.
- You can select an opponent's card's attack and have it written to the message box.
- Bulletproofing
- On startup, check screen size, show error message & exit if not screen height is less than 768 pixels.
- Ensure deck is sufficient to execute Trainer cards (fixed for Rival & Pokedex).
- Program now works when installed where pathname of redshark.exe includes spaces.
- Deck Builder
- New custom down arrow image on all combo-box widgets so it's easier to tell if it's enabled/disabled.
- Bugfix : Card Type & Stage combo boxes are reset upon changing the card class (pokemon, tainer, energy).
Bug Fixes
- In balloon text, now attack text for attacks 3 & 4 is correct (was showing attack text 1).
- The 'Place on Top of Deck' action now works correctly for Trainers and Energy on the playmat.
Card Database
- Fixed card errors for: Ancient Ruins (SK-119), Whiscash (HP-55), Electrike (EM-47), HP Raichu(d) (HP-15), Dialga (DP-1).
