Vincent sent me some spoilers of the three Eeveelution ex’s that will be in The Researching Tower of Horon and EX Delta Species, which I fixed up below. These spoilers may not be used anywhere without permission:

When you play this card from your hand to evolve one of your Pokemon in play, you may choose one of your opponent’s Active Pokemon. That Pokemon is now Confused and Burned. This Power can only be used once per turn.

[RC] Flame Barrier – 30: During your opponent’s next turn, damage done to Flareon exis reduced by 20.
[RCC] Heat Tackle – 70: Flareon ex does 10 damage to itself.

Poke-Power: Evolution Whirlpool
When you play this card from your hand to evolve one of your Pokemon in play, your opponent shuffles his or her hand into his or her deck and draws4 cards. This Power can only be used once per turn.

[WC] Speed Warp – 40: This attack is not affected by Weakness, Resistance, Poke-Powers,Poke-Bodies, or any effects on the Defending Pokemon.
