Introducing Snorlax to the LV.X Club

Domino’s Pizza restaurants in Japan will have a Pokemon TCG promotion over the next few months in which consumers can receive a holo Munchlax, Snorlax, and Snorlax LV.X promo card. Click the thumbnail to the right for a larger image of the cards. The following are what consumers will receive during each part of the four-month promotion for purchasing a kids’ meal:

• September 1st – October 2nd: Munchlax promo, Munchlax deck box
• October 3rd – October 30th: Munchlax promo, Snorlax binder
• November – Snorlax promo and unknown product
• December – Snorlax LV.X and unknown product

Bangiras translated Munchlax as having the standard Baby Pokemon Power and an “Errand Running” attack that allows you to search your deck for a Trainer card to put in your hand. Snorlax’s attack names are “Gather Up” and “Collapse,” with Gather Up getting an Energy card from your discard on to Snorlax, and Collapse requiring you to flip a coin to either make the Defending Pokemon Paralyzed (with a heads) or Snorlax Asleep (with a tails). Snorlax LV.X’s attack name is “Exercise” and its Power’s name has something to do with eating. Of course, Snorlax and Snorlax LV.X are too small to read to accurately decipher anything else, so complete translations of them will come at a later time.
