‘Stormfront’ Dusknoir Revealed!

Dusknoir from Stormfront has been revealed! Click the thumbnail to the right for a larger image. This card will be holo when you pull it from a booster pack; the image to the right is not a scan of an actual card, but the image that is sent to the printers and printed on to holo paper. Dusknoir, like most cards from Stormfront, will come from Intense Fight in the Destroyed Sky (IFDS). Check out the set’s spoilers if you want to know exactly what the English cards will do.

Dusknoir’s card number reveals that Stormfront will only consist of 100 cards. Since IFDS and its Giratina vs. Dialga half-decks combined have 108 cards, it would seem as if eight cards will be removed from the English set (or maybe five will be removed, and three, being Charmander, Charmeleon, and Charizard, will be secret rares). What cards will be axed from the English set? Probably Shaymin, Shaymin LV.X, Giratina, and other 11th movie-related Pokemon. Then again, since the set description from the other day did not even reference the Charizard line or the Shiny Pokemon from the Japanese set, Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard, Shaymin, Shaymin LV.X, Duskull, Voltorb, and Drifloon could all be removed for a perfect absence of eight cards. Let’s hope this isn’t what happens!
