Pokemon Video Game World Championships Announced

The Pokemon Video Game World Championships have been announced. The only information known right now is that format will be 2-on-2 Double Cup, LV.50. As we reported last year from personally talking to officials at Worlds (unless this information has changed since then), there will be several qualifying tournaments across the country (I think they told us 9ish), which will allow people to win travel awards to Nationals (in St. Louis) and then to Worlds (in San Diego) if they do well at Nationals. More details will be released in a few weeks.
