Nintendo DSi XL To Be Released Next Month
The Nintendo Summit was held in San Francisco today, and while the rumored DS successor was not addressed, Nintendo did announce the North American release date for the DSi XL. It will be released in the United States on March 28th for a price tag of $189.99.
The fourth DS incarnation features a screen that is 93% larger than the current DSi as well as a jumbo stylus. On its launch date, the DSi XL will be available in either a burgundy or bronze color and will come pre-installed with two DSiWare Brain Age games, Photo Clock, Flipnote Studio, and the DSi Browser. The system was originally released in Japan on November 21st and was called the Nintendo DSi LL.
