Regionals to Host Video Game Challenges Too!

Update (2:45 PM) – TPCi is apparently thinking about whether or not to allow all generations of Pokemon into the tournaments (not just Unova Pokemon). Again, we may find out more info on September 1st when they announce the upcoming season. | Posting this during my first film class ever at USC! :p

In addition to the news that Regionals will be split between November and April and that they will each be two-day events, we have now learned why they will be two-day events. According to Nethirious, who will be working at a November Regional in Oregon, one day will be dedicated to the TCG while the other day will be dedicated to video game challenges! So it seems one of the reasons for the new P!P schedule is to expand video game support!
