Pre-Unova Pokedex Entries from BW2
Bangiras has translated the rest of the new Pokedex entries from Black 2 and White 2. As stated before, only Unova Pokemon and old Pokemon in the regional Unova Pokedex received updated entries. The entries are shared between both versions of the games.
- Rattata: It spends all day looking for food. Since its fangs continue to lengthen until it dies, it gnaws on hard objects to file them down.
- Raticate: An unpredictable and brutal Pokemon. It can even file down thick concrete with its elongated fangs.
- Sandshrew: It digs a deep hole and lives there. When danger draws near, it curls its body into a ball and patiently waits for the enemy’s attacks to subside.
- Sandslash: Its spikes are made of hardened skin. It attacks enemies by curling into a ball and piercing them with the spikes.
- Clefairy: On the night of the full moon, Clefairy gathered from who knows where launch into a dance. They float because they’re bathed in the moonlight.
- Clefable: Its ears are so good that it can hear the sound of a pin drop from a kilometer away. So, it generally stays in quiet places.
- Vulpix: As it’s raised, the fur on its 6 tails becomes healthy and beautiful. When hugged, it’s slightly hot.
- Ninetales: Each of its 9 tails is packed with supernatural power. It can live for 1000 years.
- Jigglypuff: Look into its round eyes, and it will begin to sing a song so soothing that you can’t help falling asleep.
- Wigglytuff: The feel of its smooth fur is too nice for words; if you accidentally touch it you won’t be able to let go.
- Zubat: Since it emits ultrasonic waves while flying to ascertain its surroundings, it gets by even without any eyes.
- Golbat: In the middle of the night it flies around energetically, pierces the targeted prey with its fangs, and sucks the prey’s blood until it dies.
- Psyduck: It is often sleeping off a headache. When its brain cells are stimulated, it can use mysterious powers.
- Golduck: When its forehead glows ominously, Golduck can demonstrate 100% of its power.
- Growlithe: It’s very loyal to its trainer. If you approach it carelessly, it will bark furiously and chase you out of town.
- Arcanine: Many people have become fascinated with this figure, which can run a distance of 10,000 kilometers over the course of a day.
- Magnemite: It floats because the electromagnetic waves emitted from the units on its right and left disrupt gravity.
- Magneton: The powered-up electromagnetic waves of 3 connected Magnemite can even dry up all of the moisture around them.
- Seel: The colder it is, the more energetic it becomes. It happily swims around in freezing oceans with ice floating in them.
- Dewgong: Its streamlined body lowers water resistance, letting it swim through freezing oceans at a speed of 8 knots.
- Grimer: Sludge turned into a Pokemon. They congregate in filthy places in order to add more bacteria to their bodies.
- Muk: It’s really stinky! Its body is made up of deadly poison, and any plants that Muk passes over wither and die.
- Onix: As it opens its big mouth and gulps down large amounts of dirt, it creates long tunnels.
- Lickitung: If you’re licked by its saliva-covered tongue, you’ll prickle and go numb. When it extends its tongue, its tail retracts.
- Koffing: Since its thin, balloon-like body is filled to bursting with toxic gases, it occasionally explodes.
- Weezing: It sucks up the poison gases emitted from garbage, mixes them together inside its body, and spreads an even fouler scent.
- Tangela: It’s covered in numerous wriggling vines, so its true form is unknown. The blue vines grow for its entire life.
- Staryu: As long as the red core remains, even if its body is torn apart, it can regenerate and return to normal in an instant.
- Starmie: It emits radio waves from its core, which glows in seven colors, and sends them into space in some form of correspondence.
- Electabuzz: Research into how to store thunder and release it at any time, like an Electabuzz does, is ongoing.
- Magmar: When it breathes out scorching flames, the area around it becomes shrouded in a heat haze, and Magmar’s form becomes hard to see.
- Pinsir: It swings its powerful horns around. Once it closes its 2 horns around prey, it won’t let go until the horns are torn off.
- Lapras: A highly intelligent Pokemon that understands human speech, and is beloved for ferrying people across the ocean on its back.
- Ditto: It rearranges all of the cells in its body and transforms into an exact likeness of anything it sees, but when its power wanes it returns to normal.
- Eevee: A unique Pokemon that possesses the ability to evolve in different ways thanks to its unstable genes.
- Vaporeon: Since the composition of its body’s cells is similar to water molecules, it can melt into water and become invisible.
- Jolteon: The hairs all over its body, which stand on end due to the electricity stored inside its body, can be fired in succession like missiles.
- Flareon: The air it inhales feeds a flame sac inside its body, and is exhaled as a 1700 degree flame.
- Crobat: Now that it has 4 wings, it can fly even more quickly and quietly, sneaking up on prey without being noticed.
- Cleffa: It is rumored that Cleffa can often be seen in places where shooting stars have fallen.
- Igglybuff: If its springy, soft, and slightly sweet-smelling body jiggles once, it won’t stop.
- Mareep: When it gets cold it gathers static electricity, then its fur puffs up to double its usual size and the tip of its tail glows faintly.
- Flaaffy: Since the skin on the parts of its body that aren’t covered with wool repels electricity like rubber, it doesn’t get paralyzed.
- Ampharos: The dazzling light at the tip of its tail reaches distant foreign countries, and is treated as an ocean guidepost.
- Marill: Since its fat-filled tail acts as a substitute life preserver, it’s safe even in fast-flowing rivers.
- Azumarill: Its long ears are excellent sensors. It can identify sounds in the water and know what’s moving around.
- Sunkern: Some mornings they suddenly come raining down. Knowing that they are weak, they fixedly stockpile energy until they evolve.
- Sunflora: It faces in the direction of the sun all day long in order to convert the sunlight it’s bathed in into energy.
- Yanma: It flies freely in the sky thanks to its rapid wing beats. It’s undaunted even when it has to stop short.
- Espeon: It feels air currents with the fine fur all over its body, and predicts the enemy’s thoughts and the weather.
- Umbreon: When it bathes in the moon’s aura, the ring-shaped patterns all over its body glow and it overflows with a mysterious power.
- Dunsparce: It makes mazes in dark places. If it’s seen by someone, it tries to burrow into the ground with its tail and escape.
- Gligar: It clings to its intended prey, and while the prey is surprised and bewildered, sticks it with the spike on its tail.
- Steelix: The steel it ingested while gulping down dirt transformed its body, making it harder than diamond.
- Shuckle: Before long, the berries it stockpiled inside its pot-like shell will change into a thick juice.
- Heracross: It uses its prided horn to hurl any enemy, regardless of weight, far away and into the ground.
- Sneasel: A sly Pokemon that will suddenly extend the long claws that are concealed in its fingers and make the opponent flinch.
- Swinub: It searches for food while rubbing the tip of its nose against the ground to dig. Sometimes it digs up a hot spring.
- Piloswine: It has an excellent sense of smell, and can even find mushrooms hidden beneath the frozen ground.
- Corsola: It likes clean southern oceans. That’s because if it’s in a dirty ocean, its coral branches become dull in color and worn-looking.
- Remoraid: The water jet it shoots from its mouth will hit even moving prey 100 meters away.
- Octillery: It likes grottoes and pots due to its natural inclination to enter holes. From there, it breathes out ink to attack.
- Delibird: It carries food all day long. When people have accidents in the mountains, it gives out its food, saving them.
- Mantine: It swims, builds its speed, then leaps out over the waves and continues to glide for up to 100 meters.
- Skarmory: It has a sturdy and heavy-looking steel body, but since it’s thin and light it can fly at speeds of 300 km/hr.
- Elekid: It spins both arms round and round, electricity is generated, and the space between its horns glows blue and white.
- Magby: Although it is small in stature it has a body temperature of 600 degrees. Each time it breathes in or out, sparks escape from its nose and mouth.
- Larvitar: It’s born deep in the bowels of the earth. It consumes all of the dirt around it, emerges above ground, and turns into a Pupitar.
- Pupitar: A cocoon that will abruptly release the compressed gas inside of its body and rocket around violently.
- Tyranitar: As it walks, the earth rumbles, and even large mountains crumble, changing the surrounding terrain.
- Wingull: It builds its nest on steep cliffs, and uses the ocean wind to glide upwards into the wide sky.
- Pelipper: It flies close to the ocean’s surface so it can scoop up swimming prey with its big beak and carry it away.
- Slakoth: It sustains itself by eating only 3 leaves a day. The other 20 hours are spent sleeping.
- Vigoroth: Since its heartbeat is fast and the blood in its entire body is boiling, it can’t sit still for even 1 second.
- Slaking: It spends its life lying down. When the nearby grass that it eats runs out, it will finally roll over and move.
- Azurill: It swings its nutrient-packed tail around, and stands up to opponents that are stronger than itself.
- Nosepass: It is always facing North. It draws nearby iron towards itself with its magnetic nose in order to fortify its defenses.
- Skitty: It plays at chasing its own tail and gets dizzy, displaying one aspect of its adorableness.
- Delcatty: It doesn’t have a permanent home, but searches for comfortable, pretty areas and sleeps there.
- Aron: It eats iron ore in order to build its steel body. Sometimes it causes problems by eating rails as well.
- Lairon: When fighting over territory, Lairon crash their steel bodies together, and the sparks literally fly.
- Aggron: It claims an entire mountain as its territory. Even a badly injured Aggron cannot be taken lightly in a fight.
- Roselia: It uses its right and left hands to attack in a variety of ways with 2 types of poison. The stronger its fragrance, the healthier it is.
- Wailmer: It eats 1 ton of food every day. It plays by vigorously shooting stockpiled seawater out of its nose.
- Wailord: Sometimes it launches its huge body up over the waves, generating an impact that makes its opponents faint.
- Numel: It stores 1200 degree magma inside its body. After it uses a Fire-type attack, its hump shrivels.
- Camerupt: The volcano in the hump on its back erupts in a huge way once every 10 years. But it also erupts when it’s violently angered.
- Spoink: It uses its tail as a spring, and since the bouncing makes its heart move, if it stops it will die.
- Grumpig: It bolsters its psychic power with black pearls, and manipulates the opponent with strange dance steps.
- Trapinch: It makes a bowl-shaped burrow that’s impossible to escape from, and waits for prey to fall in.
- Vibrava: It vibrates its 2 wings at high speed, and the ultrasonic waves that come out induce violent headaches.
- Flygon: It is called the “spirit of the desert”. It conceals itself inside a sandstorm that was created by its wing beats.
- Swablu: For some reason, it really likes to ride on top of people’s heads and pretend to be a hat.
- Altaria: On sunny days, it flies freely around in the sky, passing through fluffy clouds, and sings in a beautiful soprano.
- Zangoose: It shares a destiny with Seviper. When they meet, it immediately extends the claws on its forepaws in threat.
- Seviper: It is always sharpening the sword on its tail with rocks, so the cutting edge is superior. It shares a destiny with Zangoose.
- Lunatone: It seems as though the fluctuation in its power is connected to the waxing and waning of the moon. It becomes vigorous on the night of the full moon.
- Solrock: Since solar energy is the source of its power, it is strong during the day. When it spins, its body shines.
- Corphish: It has a tough life force and will adapt and reproduce in any river, no matter how filthy the water.
- Crawdaunt: A belligerent Pokemon that will pinch every Pokemon in its scissors and hurl them out of its territory!
- Baltoy: It was discovered in ancient ruins. It moves while spinning, finds comrades and creates a pack.
- Claydol: A strange Pokemon that appears to have been born from a clay doll made by ancient humans 20,000 years ago.
- Castform: Since this Pokemon’s cells are affected by temperature and humidity, its form changes depending on the weather.
- Shuppet: Whenever someone bears a grudge against someone else, it absorbs the dark, sad feelings and steadily grows stronger.
- Banette: A discarded stuffed animal became a grudge-filled Pokemon. It is searching for the child who discarded it.
- Tropius: It flies in the sky with its big leaves, and distributes the sweet fruit which grows from its neck and is popular among children.
- Absol: It emerges from deep in the mountains in an attempt to inform people of disasters it sensed with its horn.
- Spheal: It isn’t skilled at swimming yet, and can move more quickly by rolling. When it’s happy, it claps for everyone.
- Sealeo: It can balance anything round on its nose–a Pokeball, a Spheal–and spin it around freely.
- Walrein: Aside from the cold, its thick blubber also wards off enemy attacks. It crushes ice with its prided fangs.
- Beldum: All of its cells are magnets. It transmits magnetic force from its body to communicate with its friends.
- Metang: 2 Beldum combined. Since the 2 brains became linked, its psychic power grew even stronger.
- Metagross: 4 brains linked up, and it analyzes the enemy with calculations that would outshine a supercomputer.
- Budew: It is sensitive to changes in the temperature around it. When it gets hot, the bud opens, and it scatters pollen that’s packed with poison.
- Roserade: It lures prey with a sweet scent, then uses the poisonous whips on both arms to prick them, bind them, and bring them down.
- Combee: A Pokemon 3-pack. At bedtime, 100 Combee gather and make a big nest.
- Vespiquen: Its lower body is a nest for its children. It releases a variety of pheromones to freely manipulate its children.
- Buizel: It inflates the swim bladder on its neck and pokes its face out of the water to check its surroundings.
- Floatzel: Many live in fishing villages, rescuing drowning people and hauling in the day’s catch.
- Drifloon: It’s said to be a guidepost for souls. Children who’ve owned a Drifloon vanish without warning.
- Drifblim: It transports people and Pokemon. However, since it’s carried by the wind, it can’t choose its destination.
- Buneary: It unfurls its curled-up ear forcefully against the ground, and bounces so high it surprises even itself.
- Lopunny: It is very wary. When it senses danger, it bounds away easily.
- Bronzor: It was discovered at an old burial site. The pattern on its back is said to house a mysterious power.
- Bronzong: They’ve been worshiped since ancient times as Pokemon that can summon rain. Sometimes they are buried in the ground.
- Riolu: It emits an aura that changes shape depending on its emotions, and uses it to communicate with its comrades.
- Lucario: By reading the auras emitted by all matter, it can even understand the feelings of an opponent 1 kilometer away.
- Skorupi: It lives in arid environments, and can lie in wait for prey for a full year without eating anything.
- Drapion: It batters the opponent with its impressive power, then stings it with deadly poison to finish the job.
- Croagunk: It inflates its poison sacs and croaks, the creepy sound echoes all around, and when the opponent flinches it uses its Poison Jab.
- Toxicroak: Toxicroak makes sounds with its throat before battle in order to mix the poison that’s stored in its poison sacs.
- Carnivine: It wraps its tentacles around the branch of a tree, and waits for prey to be lured in by the sweet scent of its saliva.
- Mantyke: The pattern on its back varies by region. It often swims in the midst of a school of Remoraid.
- Weavile: They pursue prey as a pack, communicating by using their claws to leave signs on rocks.
- Magnezone: It emits a magnetic field that is too strong, drawing in other Magnezone and becoming completely unable to move.
- Lickilicky: Its saliva is comprised of many ingredients that can dissolve anything, so if you are licked, you’ll go permanently numb.
- Tangrowth: Even if its arms are eaten, it’s unconcerned. Its regenerative ability is high, so it will be back to normal in no time.
- Electivire: It shoves the tips of its tails into the opponent and immediately delivers more than 200,000 volts of electrical current.
- Magmortar: When it fires a 2000 degree Celsius fireball from the front of its chest, its body turns slightly white from the heat.
- Yanmega: It enjoys a method of fighting where it flies past the opponent at high speed, and bites off the neck in an instant.
- Leafeon: It has cells like a plant, so it performs photosynthesis within its body and produces clean air.
- Glaceon: By lowering the temperature, it freezes the fur all over its body into sharply pointed needles, then fires them.
- Gliscor: It dances in the sky without making a sound, approaches its prey, and BAM! takes out the vitals in one shot!
- Mamoswine: It’s said that a large number of Mamoswine perished when the temperature rose at the end of the Ice Age.
- Probopass: It uses magnetism to freely manipulate the 3 “Mini-nose” units.
