Raticate BREAK from ‘Rage of the Broken Sky!’

The official Pokemon Twitter has revealed the first Colorless BREAK Pokemon. Thanks goes to Jake C. for the translation!

Raticate BREAK – Colorless – HP110
BREAK Pokemon – Evolves from Raticate

BREAK Evolution: This Pokemon has the attacks, Abilities, Weakness, Resistance, and Retreat Cost of the Raticate it Break Evolved from.

[C][C] Super Fang: Put damage counters on your opponent’s Active Pokemon until its remaining HP is 10.

Before Break Evolving, Raticate can Poison its opponent. Keep in mind though that this Raticate is essentially a Stage 2.

This Raticate has the same Super Fang attack as the Raticate from Boundaries Crossed (minus one [C]). The new XY9 Raticate also has a similar attack as BCR Raticate’s first attack. Along with Garbodor, it almost feels like PCL is reworking and remaking cards rather than creating brand new ones.

It looks like Joey’s Rattata finally made it to the top percentage.
