French ‘Evolutions’ Cards Revealed!
Photos of French Evolutions cards have leaked on to social media thanks to Chip R., who found them at a flea market in North Carolina. We also received photos of English Evolutions products and cards over a month ago, but did not want to post them until they were officially revealed. The person who found them was also from North Carolina. Perhaps that’s where one of the printing plants is? Or a time traveler?
The photos reveal that there will be Spirit Links for Charizard, Venusaur, Blastoise, and Pidgeot in the set. Charizard-EX, Blastoise-EX, Venusaur-EX, M Blastoise-EX, and M Venusaur-EX will all be reprinted from XY, but with classic card templates.
We’ll translate the cards later since I’m currently on a location scout for my thesis film in Palm Springs.
Update: With a big thanks to Frederik N., we now have translations for all of the new cards! The rest of the cards were previously translated in official Japanese reveals over the past month.
Update #2: Starmie BREAK also added thanks to James T., who bought it at the same flea market and posted its photo to social media.
