Electrode, Dragonite-EX, Bilingual Exeggutor from ‘Evolutions!’

The next set of English Evolutions cards has been revealed: Electrode (#40/108), Dragonite-EX (#72), and secret rare Exeggutor (#109)!

Electrode is a remake of Base Set Electrode, Dragonite-EX is new, and Exeggutor is a bilingual promo originally given to participants of Hawaii’s Tropical Mega Battle tournament in August 1999. It was then given out in Pokemon Card Trainers magazine in October 1999.

Evolutions will be available for purchase early at participating U.S. and Canadian Toys R Us stores on October 30th, then at Gamestop on October 31st. The set will be released at retailers such as Target and Walmart by November 2nd.

The Japanese version of this set, named 20th Anniversary Set, was released last month. Our English set will contain the cards from that set, plus Japanese promos like Slowbro-EX and M Slowbro-EX (which are also listed in that news story).
