More ‘Guardians Rising’ Set Info

A few more tidbits about our May 5th set…

The Elite Trainer Box will feature Tapu Koko and it’ll be yellow. Notably, it’ll include a brand new GX marker, which will be acrylic. The whole box will cost $39.99.

As per its usual configuration, the box will come with eight Guardians Rising packs, 65 card sleeves featuring Tapu Koko, 45 Energy cards, six damage-counter dice, a coin-flip die, two acrylic condition markers, a collector’s box to hold everything with four dividers, a PTCGO code card, and a player’s guide.

The set’s mini binder will also feature Tapu Koko. It will come with a Guardians Rising booster pack and cost $4.99. Each mini binder can hold 60 cards.

The launch kit for Guardians Rising is what mom and pop shops use to sell the set. Each kit includes 72 booster packs, eight theme decks, and 16 foil promo cards. But this time, it’ll also include 16 foldable deck boxes featuring Tapu Koko and Lycanroc Midnight Forme! So if you want one one of those deck boxes, you’ll have to head to a mom and pop shop.

And finally: Guardians Rising will have a Water-type Alolan Vulpix and Alolan Ninetales! Yay!
