‘Shiny Tapu Koko-GX Box’ in July!

A new “Shiny Tapu Koko-GX Box” will be released in Europe on July 14th! Each box will come with a foil promo of shiny Tapu Koko-GX, a jumbo version of the same card, four booster packs, and a PTCGO code card.

In Japan, the shiny Tapu Koko-GX promo was given to those who purchased five booster packs of SM2+. It is a shiny reprint of the regular Tapu Koko-GX from SM2, which we’ll be getting in our Guardians Rising set on May 5th (below).

In America, the “Shiny Tapu Koko-GX Box” will either be released as a “Shiny Tapu Koko-GX Collection” that has a shiny Tapu Koko figurine instead of a jumbo card — or we may get the exact same item! Stay tuned! Usually our “collections” are turned into Europe’s “boxes,” but since we got word about the European product first this time, we’re not sure “if” or “how” America’s product will differ.

No word yet on if or how we’ll get the regular shiny Tapu Koko promo.

This news likely means we’ll get the shiny Tapu Koko distribution for Sun and Moon in July!
