Shining Arceus from SM3+!

Shining Arceus has been revealed from SM3+ Shining Legends! The set will be released in Japan on July 15th.

Except for a few promos, this is the first Arceus card since 2009’s Arceus set, which was also the set that introduced Arceus to the TCG. Pokemon Card Laboratory likes to keep Arceus “special” since it’s Pokemon’s god, so they rarely ever make cards of it. Now if they would only do the same with Charizard, Darkrai, Mewtwo, Gardevoir, and those freakin’ monkeys…

Ability: Mythical Protection
If this Pokemon is your Active Pokemon, prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to your Benched Pokemon by the attacks of your opponent’s Pokemon.

[C][C][C][C] Ultimate Arrow: This attack does 30 damage to each of your opponent’s Pokemon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)

Like all the Shining Pokemon in this set, Shining Arceus will be printed on special holofoil paper with a unique texture.
