Electrode-GX, Banette-GX, Sableye, and Rainbow Energy from ‘Champion Road!’

More spiritual reprints of EX era cards have been revealed from Champion Road! Thanks goes to Bangiras for these translations, both today and when she first translated the original cards back in the early 2000s!

Champion Road will release in Japan on April 6th and will be released as part of our Celestial Storm set in August.

Electrode-GX – Lightning – HP190
Stage 1 – Evolves from Voltorb

Ability: Extra Energy Bomber
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may discard this Pokemon and all the cards attached to it (this counts as Knocking Out this Pokemon). If you do, search your discard pile for 5 Energy cards and attach them to your Pokemon in any way you like (excluding Pokemon-EX and Pokemon-GX).

[L][C] Energy Ball: 50 damage.

[L][C] Crush and Burn GX: 30+ damage. You may discard as many Energy as you like attached to your Pokemon in play. If you do, this attack does 50 more damage for each Energy you discarded in this way. (You can’t use more than 1 GX attack in a game.)

When your Pokemon-GX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Ability: Shady Move
Once during your turn (before your attack), if this Pokemon is your Active Pokemon, you may move 1 damage counter from either player’s Pokemon to another Pokemon (yours or your opponent’s).

[P] Shadow Chant: 30+ damage. This attack does 10 more damage for each Supporter card in your discard pile. You can’t add more than 100 damage in this way.

[P] Tomb Hunter GX: Put 3 cards from your discard pile into your hand. (You can’t use more than 1 GX attack in a game.)

When your Pokemon-GX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.
