Images: Old Fighters Return in ‘Super Smash Bros. Ultimate,’ Play as Leaf!

All previous Super Smash Bros. fighters will return in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for the Switch! For Pokemon, this means Pikachu, Mewtwo, Jigglypuff, Pichu, Pokemon Trainer, Lucario, and Greninja will all be playable fighters!

Two new skins will be available for Pikachu — Pikachu Libre and female Pikachu!

 

Pokemon Trainer can now be played as a girl: Leaf from FireRed and LeafGreen. There is now no penalty for sticking to Ivysaur, Charizard, or Squirtle for an entire round.

Bewear, Alolan Vulpix, Solgaleo, and Lunala will appear as Poke Ball Pokemon.

 

The Saffron City stage from the N64 game will return. Prism Tower will be a new playable stage.

Pichu will still take damage from its own attacks.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for the Nintendo Switch will release on December 7th.
