And the Kanto themes continue! Bill’s Analysis will be a new card in the upcoming SMI Eeveelution decks! They’ll release on November 23rd.

Look at the top 7 cards of your deck. You may reveal up to 2 Trainer cards you find there and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle the other cards back into your deck.

You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn (before your attack).

Bill shows you their Pokedex pages in Kanto so it makes sense he would be tied to their decks.
