‘Blastoise-GX Premium Collection’ in July!

A new Blastoise-GX Premium Collection will release in America and Europe on July 5th!

It will come with a full art Blastoise-GX promo, a matching jumbo card, foil promos of Squirtle and Wartortle, a Blastoise pin, a Blastoise coin, six booster packs, and a PTCGO card.

If this collection is treated like the Charizard-GX Premium Collection, it’s possible the full art version of Blastoise-GX will be removed from Unbroken Bonds and placed into this collection. This would mean the set would only have Blastoise’s regular and rainbow rare versions (from Japan’s Full Metal Wall). At this time we don’t know if this will be the case.

The Squirtle and Wartortle will likely originate from Unbroken Bonds (Full Metal Wall) as well. They will be given the holo treatment:

[W] Bubble: 10 damage. Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed.

This Pokemon takes 20 less damage from attacks (after applying Weakness and Resistance).

[W][W] Aqua Slash: 60 damage. This Pokemon can’t attack during your next turn.

Blastoise GX – Water – HP240
Stage 2 – Evolves from Wartortle

Ability: Solid Shell
This Pokemon takes 30 less damage from attacks (after applying Weakness and Resistance).

[W][W] Rocket Splash: 60x damage. Shuffle any amount of [W] Energy attached to your Pokemon into your deck. This attack does 60 damage for each card you shuffled in this way.

[W] Big Geyser GX: Attach as many [W] Energy as you like from your hand to your Pokemon in any way you like. (You can’t use more than 1 GX attack in a game.)

When your Pokemon-GX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.
