TCG Boxes in January Feature Unnnamed Pokemon

An unnamed TCG box will release in America and Europe on January 3rd. It will come with two promo cards, a jumbo promo card, four booster packs, and a PTCGO code card.

It’s rarer for a TCG box to come with one jumbo and two promos — usually it’s just one jumbo with one promo. TPCi is also hiding who the product will feature, likely because there will be new Pokemon and/or cards with new mechanics. We’ll probably learn more when the Sword and Shield games release.

As posted before, an unknown Pokemon-GX box will release in America and Europe on January 24th. Possible candidates include Carracosta-GX and Alolan Sandlash-GX. The box will come with four booster packs, a GX promo, a jumbo GX card, and a PTCGO code card.

We’ve also heard through the grapevine about another special GX box releasing in January, but I’m still waiting for more details before making a story about it.
