Hydreigon Store Promo and TCG Freebies Revealed for North America!

A while ago we revealed that North American hobby shops would be receiving a special Hydreigon promo to give out to customers. We now have an image of the card thanks to Rodel F.!

As you can see, the Hydreigon is from Darkness Ablaze and is printed as a reverse holo with a special “Thank you” stamp. Each hobby store who ordered Pokemon’s quarterly marketing kit will receive 100 copies of the card.

The marketing kit also includes 50 stickers of Gigantamax Charizard, 25 post-it notepads featuring Poke Balls, and 25 magnet sheets with four removable magnets. Each store can give out the items to customers however they like, such as when you make a Pokemon TCG purchase.

This is the first time Pokemon’s marketing kits have come with promos. We’re not sure if this will become a trend with each set release. TPCi might only be doing it this time to promote sales due to the global pandemic. Only time will tell.
