Mewtwo / Greninja / Zacian V-UNION Special Collections Revealed!
As predicted, September’s V-UNION Box is actually three boxes featuring Mewtwo V-UNION, Greninja V-UNION, and Zacian V-UNION!
Each box will come with four promo cards of its V-UNION Pokemon, a jumbo card combining them into one card, a Professor Burnett Supporter card, four booster packs, and a PTCGO code card.
Each will retail for $29.99 and release on September 24th.
These boxes are intended to introduce players to the new V-UNION mechanic ahead of our November set. They are our equivalent of Japan’s V-UNION Set boxes, which will release on August 20th.
Greninja V-UNION’s cards are SWSH155-158, Mewtwo is SWSH159-162, and Zacian is SWSH163-166.
Greninja V-UNION – Water – HP300
V-UNION PokemonHow to play a Pokemon V-UNION: Once per game during you turn, combine 4 different Greninja V-UNION from your discard pile and put them onto your Bench.
[C] Union Gain: Attach up to 2 [W] Energy cards from your discard pile to this Pokemon.
Ability: Ninja Body
Whenever your opponent plays an Item card from their hand, prevent all effects of that card done to this Pokemon.[W] Aqua Edge: 130 damage.
Ability: Antidote Jutsu
