“Pokemon Coin Collection” Volume 3 Releasing Tomorrow, Promotion for Pikachu Coin

The third set of TCG coins from the “Pokemon Coin Collection” have been revealed! They will release at Japan’s Pokemon Center website starting tomorrow, July 7th.

Volume 3’s coins will feature Ditto, Psyduck, Slowpoke, Alakazam, Dragonite, Fidough, Maushold, Baxcalibur, Greedent, and Meltan.

Each coin will cost 200 yen (less than $2). You will receive one of the ten randomly — you can’t pick which one. You can only purchase ten per customer.

The coins can also be purchased from capsule machines at Pokemon Center stores starting July 10th. Fans will randomly receive one out of 10 coins inside a capsule. These will also cost 200 yen.

Additionally, Pokemon has announced a new ex Start Deck promotion. Stores will be giving out a free package that contains a paper playmat and a Pikachu coin. This will give new players the tools they need to start using the decks.
