Froslass appears to stack, meaning with 4 you're doing hefty chip damage to all of your opponent's abilitied pokemon every turn. In one turn, Manaphy and Jirachi are guaranteed KO'd with the damage from both you and your opponent's turns ending. These have some kinda potential, especially with Hisuian Braviary SIT or others that amplify damage. Definitely on the rogue side, though

Froslass plus Ting-Lu ex shuts down everything that isn’t an ex, but it looks Ting-Lu will stop the damage. But it still gives you chip to KO low HP ex, so maybe?

Froslass is a neat card to pair with Lokix or the new Brute Bonnett. It's probably still too slow but sounds like fun times.

If only Froslass exclusively targeted your opponent… it would still be meme-tier, but maybe less memey
