Rabsca ex, Hippowdon, TM Machine, and Other Gym Promos Revealed for October!

Starting this month, players who attend Japan’s Gym tournaments will receive a new promo pack containing one of seven promo cards. Four of them are brand new; the rest are reprints.

The chase card will be Rabsca ex. In English we should get it inside a future “ex Box” or within a future set. It probably won’t release here for at least six months.

[F][F][C] Great Sandstorm: 150 damage. This attack also does 40 damage to each Benched Pokémon (both yours and your opponent’s) that has any damage counters on it. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

[C] Upside-Down Draw: Draw 3 cards from the bottom of your deck.

[G][C][C] Psychic: 20+ damage. This attack does 90 more damage for each Energy attached to your opponent’s Active Pokémon.
Pokemon ex rule: When your Pokemon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.
