Hop’s Zacian ex Full Art Card Revealed!

The first full art card from Battle Partners has been revealed — Hop’s Zacian ex!

The Special Illustration Rare version of the card was previously revealed.

The rest of the set’s secret rares should be revealed by Thursday. Stay tuned!

Hop’s Zacian ex – Metal – HP230
Basic Pokemon

[C] Close Cleave: 30 damage. This attack also does 30 damage to 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

[M][M][M][C] Brave Slash: 240 damage. During your next turn, this Pokémon can’t use Brave Slash.

When your Pokemon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: Grass (-30)
Retreat: 2

I mean it’s better, but full arts still feel so minimum effort. Like they thought of the easiest, most basic way to add trainers. Why couldn’t they have just added the trainer in the same style, standing next to the pokemon?
 
I usually really dislike the 3D Model Render cards and they waste my space but this one actually looks like they put a few minutes of effort in.
 
Please don’t be a mid set it have prismatic pull rates. But then what does it matter now, Pokémon collecting has entered scalping and out of stock levels. We need a stellar crown set to bring things back to normal for a bit
 
Personally I quite like the full arts and I like what they did with this one, can't wait to see the others.

Agreed. Full arts are pretty done already. They had their time when they were first introduced in the BW era, but they just aren't made the same way anymore. It's now the time of IRs and SIRs so they might as well go all in with them.
