Team Rocket’s Hypno from “The Glory of Team Rocket!”

Team Rocket’s Drowzee and Hypno have just been revealed from The Glory of Team Rocket! The set will release in Japan on April 18th and become part of May’s Destined Rivals. Thanks goes to Toine L. for translations!

Team Rocket’s Drowzee – Psychic – HP80
Basic Pokémon

[P] Hypnotic Ray: 10 damage. Your opponent’s Active Pokemon is now Asleep.

Weakness: Darkness (x2)
Resistance: Fighting (-30)
Retreat: 2

Team Rocket’s Hypno – Psychic – HP130
Stage 1 – Evolves from Team Rocket’s Drowzee

[P] Psyshot: 40 damage.

[P][P][P] Bench Manipulation: 80x damage. Your opponent flips a coin for each of their Benched Pokemon. This attack does 80 damage for each tails. Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for this attack’s damage.

Weakness: Darkness (x2)
Resistance: Fighting (-30)
Retreat: 2

Team Rocket’s Hypno seems to reference the Dark Hypno from the original Team Rocket set released back in 2000!

no, slowking dont need another 240 damage, the cap to be broken is 250 from conkeldur. today slowking only needs a easy way to comeback from a kyurem atack, switch to bench to energize then come back on active spot is so much for a rogue deck.
 
against a tera deck with 8 bench the ev is 320 damage, could be fun deck and a slowking option if stage 2 ex decks are regularly building out area zero benchs. I'll be on Victini watch when the Black and White set comes out to see if it helps this attack out.

If Victini has Victory Star again that won’t help this attack since your opponent is the one flipping
