Three Pokemon Center “Special Boxes” Releasing in Japan with Unique Pikachu Promos!

To celebrate the reopening of Japan's Pokemon Centers in Tohoku, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka, three "Special Boxes" will release today on the Pokemon Center's website for 2,090 yen each.

Each box will come with a foil promo of Tohoku's Pikachu, Hiroshima's Pikachu, or Fukuoka's Pikachu. They will also come with 64 card sleeves and a deck box, all contained in a long card storage box.

The artwork is themed after the culture of their respective cities and regions.

While the boxes are only available via online lottery right now, they may release at Pokemon Centers at a later date.

How would I get my hands onto this in the US? I really don't want to pay scalper prices but I want the latias one SO bad.

This is so funny to me. This is like saying "I want a million bucks, but I only want to sit on the couch and eat chips all day". It is a sought after promo+product and unless you find a way to register and win the raffle in Japan, your only other route is paying resale market value.

You need to make a friend in japan who will participate in lottery, have enough luck to win the box and then ship it to you, if you don't have one in japan u can pray to arceus they will make this made to order at which point market price will fall hard
