Shiny Tapu Koko Distribution in Japan!

Pokemon has officially announced a shiny Tapu Koko distribution! This is following the announcement that a shiny Tapu Koko promo card will be given out with SM2 booster pack purchases starting March 17th, the day SM2 is released in stores.

The shiny Tapu Koko will come at Level 60 with the Ability Electric Surge and holding an Electric Seed, which boost its Defense by one stage when Electric Terrain is activated. Tapu Koko will know Nature’s Madness, Discharge, Agility, and Electro Ball.

Its download code will be available at Pokemon Centers and stores such as 7-11 from March 17th to April 9th. The code must be used by May 31st.

Since we’re getting a Tapu Koko Figure Collection in America and Europe this May, we may get the Tapu Koko distribution around that time. Or more precisely, if this Tapu Koko is meant to advertise the release of Japan’s SM2 set, we could get the distribution starting May 5th when Guardians Rising is released in America and Europe.
