Full ‘Champion’s Path’ Set List: Shiny Charizard V, Rainbow Rare Charizard VMAX!
We now have the full set list for Champion’s Path!
Our set includes Japan’s rainbow rare Charizard VMAX! But not only that, it includes a surprise Charizard V… as a shiny! The rainbow rare Charizard VMAX was given a limited print run for winning tournaments in Japan.
The shiny Charizard V hasn’t been seen in Japan yet. Presumably it will come from their future Shiny Star V set. We’re also getting an Eldegoss V with alternate artwork, which may be a future promo card in Japan. These are the only never-before-seen cards in our set.
Every booster pack of Champion’s Path comes with one guaranteed holo card. The set also includes reverse holo basic Energy — including Fairy Energy. They take the reverse holo slot, obviously, and are randomly dispersed in booster packs.
Our set is a “mishmash” set. It’s comprised of cards from Eruption Walker, Infinity Zone, Legendary Heartbeat, Shocking Volt Tackle, the V Starter Decks, the Charizard and Grimmsnarl VMAX decks, unreleased promo cards, and a couple of reprints. It’s all over the place!
There is no sub-set, but there are seven secret rare cards (listed below). Perhaps we’ll get those unreleased full arts of Red, Green, and Blue for Pokemon’s 25th anniversary in February. Who knows?!
The first Champion’s Path products will begin to release on September 25th. You can see all revealed products here. The set’s booster packs will only be available within promo boxes, like our previous holiday sets. They will not be sold individually.
Thanks goes to Tino for exclusively sending us this news!
