TPCi Awards Six Pokemon Professors with Unique Promo Plaques!

TPCi has awarded special plaques to six Pokemon Professors for making special contributions to the Professor community. The plaque features reprints of the Galar Gym Leaders with a special “Pokemon Professor” stamp. This means these stamped cards are some of the rarest in the world, with only six copies of each!

At the center of the plaque is a unique Pokemon card that says: “Presented to <name> for exceptional contributions to the Professor Community in the year 2021.”

We’re told the plaques can be awarded to a Professor of any level. It’s not about judging events, but by making special contributions to the Professor community. For example, Ives Rountree helped create a special tournament series for Professors called “Smol Boi Circuit” that helps foster meta awareness. This helped improve overall judging. Will Post helped create the Professor Discord server so Professors from around the world can assist each other during events.

Presumably TPCi will continue to award these plaques annually to motivate Professors.
