A second batch of cards have just been revealed from Japan’s Ruler of the Black Flame — including new Illustration Rares and Special Illustration Rares!

Ability: Quick Search
Once during your turn, you may search your deck for a card and put it into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck. You can’t use more than 1 Quick Search Ability each turn.
[C][C] Fierce Winds: 120 damage. You may discard a Stadium card in play.
Pokemon ex rule: When your Pokemon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.
[C][C] Synchro Feather: 60 damage. If you have any Flamigo on your Bench, this attack also does 60 damage to 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

As posted before, Ruler of the Black Flame will release in Japan on July 28th. In English we’ll get the set in August’s Obsidian Flames.
The other day we revealed Ruler of the Black Flame will see a small initial release, then a wider release in early August. This is part of Pokemon’s efforts to combat scalping. Sending product to stores after release will force it to propagate through store distribution chains slower, as stores do not place urgency on getting product on shelves after release. Before, sending all the product upfront allowed scalpers to buy it out quickly.
