“Blooming Waters Premium Collection” Releasing for “151” in February, Set Also Getting Reprinted in Japan!

Surprisingly, 151 products aren’t over yet!

We can reveal a new 151 “Blooming Waters Premium Collection” will release in the U.S., Europe, and other countries in February. It will contains 12 booster packs of 151, four promo cards, a jumbo card, and a code card.

Our 151 set originally released in September 2023, so this product will be releasing a year and a half later. It seems to be a commemorative item to allow fans one last chance to grab a bunch of 151 packs. This isn’t the first time we’ve received this kind of post-release product.

It’s unclear what the name “Blooming Waters” is referring to. Venusaur and Blastoise? Vileplume has a “Full Blooming Energy” Ability. There are currently no new 151 promos in Japan that could be candidates for this product.

We should see the full reveal of this product in December. Stay tuned!

In related news, Japanese distributor listings have revealed Pokemon Card 151 is getting re-released in Japan! New booster boxes will be available at Pokemon Centers and retailers in December.

At some point I’m going to draw a line in the sand and just say “master collection as of *date before anything else releases* ” and stop hunting for all these add on to a binder I thought was FINISHED 😭😭 have they ever released cards for a special sub set a year later other than crown Z ? And now this? I DO NOT LIKE this trend 😮‍💨

Seriously - when will this end! I recently pulled the entire 151 set from the binder after learning about the new Costco cosmos holos for the starters + pikachu. Big pain in the ass to continue rearranging. There are also some variants I'll never own (professor's program voltorb, which may even have two holo patterns itself). Setting a time limit may be the move, as well as adding affordable variants to the back pages.

Don't know if it would sit right with me. Master collectors for species can't really say "Master set of Pikachu BEFORE 2015, etc", but I see what you mean and sympathize. So many promos!

Promos don’t count to a sweet for me, even if they are not „real Promos. You can’t get these from boosters, so they are not part of it. As easy as is. I get that collectors add these, but they are just that: add one to the set. It would always be masterset + xy for me.
 
I don’t know why people are acting like 151 English is getting a reprint. I don’t see that at all. Seems to me they’re cleaning out the rest of their left over product with this final collection box. The fact that the article specifically states that Japanese 151 is getting a reprint and doesn’t say that for English makes me believe in stronger that there will be no English reprint! Wooo!!

But left overs are generally kept to US Markets on stuff like this. Europe didn’t get the sky and seas Crown Zenith Box whereas this is a wide release. I feel there will be plenty to go around for a short while

Nobody is acting. Its litteraly the news. As far i have seen, pokebeach never added fake news.

It’s possible. I also think the usuals and typicals don’t apply because it’s a special set. I’m sure they have enough to supply it, but I highly doubt they’re reprinting based on the wording of the article. Time will tell! Fingers crossed for no English reprint lol
