McDonald’s “Dragon Discovery” Pokemon TCG Promotion Launching in the United States This Month!
Say bye-bye to your New Year’s resolutions!
We can now reveal the McDonald’s “Dragon Discovery” promotion will run in the United States from January 21st until February 24th! The promotion launched in France in December and is scheduled for Austria and New Zealand for January.
This year, there will be four Happy Meal boxes featuring Charizard, Dragonite & Pikachu, Rayquaza, and Roaring Moon.
Each Happy Meal will come with a 4-card booster pack containing one holo card. As usual, there are 15 cards in the set. They are all reprints from past sets, but with new McDonald’s numbering.
Seven cards are holo this year. They are printed on the “confetti” holofoil paper used exclusively for McDonald’s promos.

The package containing the booster pack also comes with a double-sided poster and stickers. On the reverse side, you attach included stickers to complete the Pokemon. There are several versions available.
