[C] Bite and Run: Search your deck for up to 3 Basic Pokemon and put them onto your Bench. Shuffle your deck afterward. You may switch this Pokemon with 1 of your Benched Pokemon.

[C][C] Ra-ta-ta-tack: 20+ damage. Grab your opponent’s deck and bite into it. For each card your teeth pierce, this attack does 20 more damage. If any were holo cards, add 10 more damage. This attack can only be used once per life.

Actually Rattata’s only attack is “Danger Sense,” which has you draw a card and then switch Rattata with your Benched Pokemon. :p You gotta have fun sometimes, especially when you have to stay up all night waiting for news and find out you have to make a story about a freakin’ Rattata. I have no idea why they’re revealing 30 HP Basics, but hopefully we’re getting Raticate this week. I need chocolate milk…
