Kingdra-EX from XY10 Awakening of Psychic Kings / Fates Collide has been revealed by the official Japanese Pokemon Twitter account, along with a promotional holo version of the Alakazam Spirit Link. Thanks goes to Andrew C., Bangiras, and Franco T. for the translations!

[W][C][C][C] Dragon Trail: 60+ damage. This attack does 30 more damage for each basic Lightning Energy attached to this Pokemon.

When a Pokemon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Retreat: 1

One Alakazam Spirit Link promo will be given out at Japanese Pokemon Centers to players for every five booster packs they purchase.
