TPCi Now Allowing Scholarship Ca$h Outs

Starting this month, TPCi will now allow players who win scholarships to cash them out if they are 18 or older. The caveat is that the funds will be taxable income, unlike scholarships. But at least now post-graduates will have more use for their winnings!
